By accessing or using Rinus services ("the Service"), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Rinus provides artificial intelligence agents for Go-To-Market teams, including prospecting, lead qualification, and automated outreach sequences.
3. Permitted use
The Service is intended for legitimate business use. It may not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), illegal activities, or processing personal data without a valid legal basis.
4. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, including software, design, and content, belong to Rinus. No implied license is granted beyond access to use the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rinus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service means you accept the terms in effect.

Privacy policy

1. Data we collect
We collect data that you or your organization provide directly (name, email, company details) and data generated by your use of the Service (activity logs, campaign metrics).
2. Prospect data
Lead data processed by the agents belongs to you. Rinus uses it only to operate the Service on your behalf and does not share it with third parties without your authorization.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide the Service, improve our models, and send you communications related to your account. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after it is closed, unless the law requires a different period.
5. Your rights

6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure.
